Our mission for you

Our customers are the heart of the company. All our solutions and products primarily serve to facilitate the work of our customers with our sustainable product portfolio, from true green electricity supply to energy management. If you enjoy helping our customers achieve CO2 neutrality and fully harness the opportunities of renewable energies together with our Customer Success Manager, you are in the right role.

Your Tasks


  • Customer Care: You personally take care of our customers and ensure that they are satisfied and successful in using our products in the long term. 

  • Onboarding Support: You assist new customers in getting introduced to the trawa universe and coordinate the onboarding process and the introduction of our software solutions. You ensure that they receive all the necessary information or that it is made available to them.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: In collaboration with our colleagues from product development and sales, you design a customer experience that excites.

  • Customer Inquiries: You process and prioritize incoming customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly and independently or pass them on to the Customer Success Manager in a structured manner.

  • Keeping an Eye on Data: You take care of data management in our systems (e.g., CRM) and ensure high data quality through careful work.

  • Reports & QBRs: You are responsible for the preparation, documentation, and tracking of results from internal meetings, customer QBRs, and reporting.

Who we are looking for


Your Background

  • You have completed a degree or comparable professional experience in a relevant field with good performance.

  • Initial experience in managing B2B customers, in analytical activities or in coordination roles is an advantage.

Your Mindset

  • Organizational talent distinguishes you – you work methodically, keep an overview, and can efficiently prioritize tasks.

  • You possess excellent communication skills and engage with customers in a professional and service-oriented manner – both in writing and verbally.

Technical Understanding

  • Technology-oriented - CRM systems and digital tools are not a hurdle for you, but an exciting challenge.

  • Initial experience in the energy sector is a plus. Ideally, you are interested in renewable energies and want to further develop in this area.

Language Skills

  • German at a native speaker level

  • Fluent in English. Other European languages are an advantage.
