The energy sector is undergoing a major transformation. Traditional utilities are outdated, inflexible, and struggle to meet the demands of the modern economy – even though they are indispensable for millions of businesses.
This is a market with enormous potential, but the existing solutions are complicated, inefficient, and in desperate need of overhaul.
trawa is changing that. We are building the green utility of the future from the ground up. Our platform provides direct access to renewable energy for B2B industrial companies, develops innovative software to manage the volatility of the energy market, and professionalizes energy procurement on the buyer's side.

Our Mission for You
You want to help shape the energy transition – not just as a follower but as an architect of smart sales strategies and processes? In this role, you will continue to develop the commercial and sales strategy of trawa together with us. You analyze customer segments, develop tailored offers, and ensure that our message and our added value reach the right target groups – through the appropriate channels, at the right time, and with efficient and scalable processes.
You work closely with colleagues from sales, marketing, product, and data, forming the strategic backbone for scalable market access.
Your Tasks
Go-To-Market
You develop and refine our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and derive segmentation and prioritization logic for our sales strategy
You assist in developing tailored proposal structures for each customer segment – including value propositions, pricing approaches, and individualized customer journeys
You develop ideas on how we can align and orchestrate channel strategies (e.g. outbound, events, partnerships) along the ICPs and work on these strategies with the respective responsible parties
You drive the creation and further development of pitch-relevant materials from proposal documents to market analyses
Commercial Strategy
You independently implement projects to operationalize and standardize new GTM initiatives – from conception through implementation to success measurement
You are responsible for analysis and strategy development for further commercial orientation (e.g. international expansion, further business field development, prospective organizational development)
You will work very closely with the CEO (David Budde) and the Commercial Lead (Tim Schröder) as well as the other GTM team members.
Who we are looking for
First relevant professional experience in consulting, business development, GTM strategy, or B2B sales enablement
A good sense of market and customer dynamics, ideally complemented by initial experiences in defining target customer segments
Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and eagerness to dive into complex, data-driven issues
Structured and proactive working style with a high standard of quality
Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
German at a native level, English at C1 level
