What is trawa?

The energy sector is undergoing a major transformation. Traditional utilities are outdated, inflexible, and struggle to meet the demands of the modern economy – even though they are indispensable for millions of businesses.

This is a market with enormous potential, but the existing solutions are complicated, inefficient, and in desperate need of overhaul.

trawa is changing that. We are building the green utility of the future from the ground up. Our platform provides direct access to renewable energy for B2B industrial companies, develops innovative software to manage the volatility of the energy market, and professionalizes energy procurement on the buyer's side.

Our Mission for You

Are you passionate about partnerships and growth? Then we need you! As our Partnership Manager, you will connect with industry and trade associations, distribution partners, and cooperating companies to make trawa's solutions even more accessible to business customers. Your Tasks


  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships that contribute to our ambitious growth goals, based on clear benefits for our customers and relevant KPIs

  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate sales partnerships with the aim of acquiring new customers

  • Build trusting and long-term relationships with associations and sales partners such as energy consultations to strengthen trawa's positioning

  • Analyze and optimize existing partnerships and drive continuous improvements and innovations

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams from sales, marketing, and customer success to develop and implement the right partnership strategies

  • Stay regularly informed about industry trends and the competitive environment to be able to make strategic decisions

Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or comparable experience

  • You have 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role focusing on partnerships or commission-driven sales

  • Enthusiasm for developing successful partnerships with a proven track record

  • Strong understanding of the energy market and corresponding technologies is a plus for identifying and evaluating promising partnerships

  • You enjoy approaching people and feel comfortable making new business contacts

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with partners and build long-term relationships

  • You possess a customer-oriented mindset and a strong results orientation

  • You speak German at a native level and English at B2 level
