This is a market with enormous potential, but the existing solutions are complicated, inefficient, and in desperate need of overhaul.
trawa is changing that. We are building the green utility of the future from the ground up. Our platform provides direct access to renewable energy for B2B industrial companies, develops innovative software to manage the volatility of the energy market, and professionalizes energy procurement on the buyer's side.

Our Mission for You
You are passionate about the energy market and the sales of renewable energies? As an Account Executive, you play a crucial role in the success of trawa by being responsible for the end-to-end acquisition, support, and especially the contract conclusion of business customers. Your target group includes energy-intensive companies from industry and commerce. You understand the needs of potential corporate clients and develop their electricity procurement strategy together with them. Your responsibility mainly focuses on closing qualified leads in our sales pipeline. As part of a dynamic team, you can fully leverage your expertise and know-how and continuously develop yourself and the sales cycle you are responsible for.
Areas of Responsibility
Acquire new business customers for trawa: Your main focus will be to convince already qualified deals for the contract signing with trawa
Analyze the needs and requirements of potential customers to advise them in selecting the best trawa solutions
Take responsibility for a large part of the sales process independently by managing customer communication, providing competent advice to customers, and presenting them with the right offer
Simplify complex topics for our customers. Since PPAs are a new topic for many small and medium-sized enterprises, breaking down and explaining complex energy market processes simply is one of the major challenges to being successful
Document and report on sales activities to make accurate forecasts and data-driven decisions for your sales funnel
In addition to acquiring new customers, you will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining new sales partnerships with energy consultants
Who we are looking for
You have 3+ years of professional experience in B2B Sales/Account Management and a proven track record of selling complex corporate solutions
Experience in the energy market and sales of complex electricity supply contracts is a bonus
You have experience using HubSpot or other CRM tools
Communication is your strength, along with high assertiveness and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
You are determined and intrinsically motivated to convey our offerings to potential customers. You take any setbacks as an opportunity to learn and develop new approaches
You structure your daily work efficiently and with a high degree of personal responsibility
You are a communication talent – both written and verbal
You speak German at a native level and English at a B2 level
