Our Mission for You

Become part of our team for battery storage solutions and bring your energy where it really makes a difference: in building the leading energy platform in Europe. As a Partnerships Manager, you are a key element of our growth strategy – you develop a new, strategically important sales channel and are responsible for building and expanding our strong partner network.

Your Tasks


  • Establishment and scaling of a strategic partner network as a central sales channel for our battery storage solutions

  • Identification and acquisition of new partners – particularly battery manufacturers and installation companies – through targeted outreach and the development of tailored cooperation agreements

  • Maintenance and further development of existing partnerships to continuously acquire new partner deals with a focus on long-term collaboration and sustainable revenue growth

  • Independent management of all partner deals in the CRM

  • Creation of compelling sales and marketing materials to support our partners

  • Monitoring market and competitive developments for the continuous optimization of our partner offering

  • You have a high degree of initiative, a sense of responsibility, and a structured, independent way of working.

  • A pronounced hands-on mentality combined with enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Ideally, initial points of contact or experience in the energy industry or the CleanTech sector.

  • Fluent communication in German.
