Welcome to our first Sustainability Report

The purpose of this report is to highlight what trawa achieved in 2024 and what motivates us.

Rethinking energy supply means taking responsibility for the climate, the economy and the people who keep it running.

We believe that sustainability and business success go hand in hand. For SMEs in particular, a smarter approach to energy isn’t just good for the planet; it also provides a real competitive advantage by cutting costs, reducing risk and unlocking new potential.

At the same time, we recognise that our sustainability journey has only just begun. This report provides an overview of where we stand, what we have learnt and where we are headed.

What We Achieved in 2024

Despite the dynamic nature of the market, we achieved real impact for our customers and within our own team. A few highlights:

  • We supplied certified green electricity to over 2,500 consumption locations

  • We helped customers reduce emissions and cut energy costs through our solutions

  • We completed our first corporate carbon footprint assessment and developed a clear reduction plan

  • We achieved ISO 27001 certification to strengthen long-term data security

  • We had a 37% share of women in our team, which is well above the industry average

What We’ve Learned

Sustainability is not a onetime project, but rather an ongoing learning process. Along the way, we have realised how complex some sustainability-related topics are, such as calculating our own carbon footprint, and how important it is to remain pragmatic without losing sight of our aspirations.

Not everything can be implemented or measured immediately. However, every step counts. Transparency, dialogue and a clear plan help us move forward.

We are proud of what we have achieved and are highly motivated to continue in this direction.

What’s Next

We’ll continue to grow, maintaining our clear stance and offering smart solutions. Our team takes responsibility together.

Our goal remains unchanged: to rethink energy in a sustainable, transparent and innovative way.
